http://www.irishgenealogy.ie is a good site depending on where you are conducting your research.

Roman Catholic records include those of the Diocese of Kerry (which includes parishes in western and north-western areas of County Cork),some parishes in the Diocese of Cork & Ross and some parishes in Dublin.

Church of Ireland records include parishes in Kerry, parishes in Dublin City and the Church of Ireland records for County Carlow.

It also includes Presbyterians in Lucan.
